   •          Physical Products: All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy, but errors may occur.

   •          Energy Healing & Aura Photography: These services are intended for personal insight and energetic well-being. Results vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

   •          Workshops & Events: Space is limited; registration is first-come, first-served. Full payment is required to secure your spot.

 

3. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

   •          Products: Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days (see our Return Policy for details).

   •          Services: All sessions are final sale. Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice may be rescheduled or credited; cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee (see our Cancellation Policy).

   •          Workshops & Events: Cancellations 48+ hours in advance may receive store credit; cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

 

4. Payment & Pricing

   •          Prices are in AUD and may change without notice.

   •          Payments must be completed before products are shipped or services rendered.

   •          We accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express

 

5. Liability & Disclaimers

   •          Shantiii x3 is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

   •          Energy healing, aura photography, and spiritual tools are complementary practices, not replacements for professional medical or psychological treatment.

   •          We do not guarantee specific results from any service or product.
