Returns & Exchanges (Physical Products)

   •          Returns & Exchanges: Unused, unopened products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

   •          Non-Returnable Items:

   •          Used or opened products (e.g., incense, oils, herbs)

   •          Crystals, as their energetic properties can be altered      

   •          Custom or personalized items

   •          Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or store credit.

 

Cancellations & Refunds (Services)

   •          Energy Healing & Aura Photography Appointments:

   •          Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice: You may reschedule or receive store credit for a future session.

  •          Cancellations within 24 hours: A 50% cancellation fee will apply

 •          No-Shows: Missed appointments are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled

Workshops & Events:

      •          Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive store credit.

      •          Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable due to limited space and preparation costs.
