"I had the pleasure of attending a Release and Renew ceremony with Rosalyn at Shantiii x3 last Sunday. From the moment I stepped into the space I felt Safe and totally at peace. The fragrance of Palo Santo, fresh flowers and lemon wafted over us. The questionnaire we filled out was an eye opener for me that there were some issues to address and release. Rosalyn explained each process/ritual along the way so I felt at ease and understood the meanings behind what we were achieving. I have been to a few similar ceremonies like this, but Rosalyn managed to go deeper and release long term stuck energies.
