At Shantiii x3, we are committed to providing high-quality energy healing, aura photography, and new age products. Please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Returns & Exchanges (Physical Products)

  • Returns & Exchanges
    Unused and unopened products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

  • Non-Returnable Items
    We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following:

    • Used or opened products (e.g., incense, oils, herbs)

    • Crystals, as their energetic properties can be altered

    • Custom or personalized items

  • Damaged or Defective Products
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos, and we will offer a replacement or store credit.

Cancellations & Refunds (Services)

Energy Healing & Aura Photography Appointments

  • Cancellations with 24+ hours’ notice:
    You may reschedule or receive store credit for a future session.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours:
    A 50% cancellation fee will apply.

  • No-Shows:
    Missed appointments are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Workshops & Events

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance:
    You will receive store credit.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours:
    These are non-refundable due to limited space and preparation costs.
