The Release & Renew session at Shantiii x3 is a transformative one-on-one experience designed to help you gently release what no longer supports your wellbeing, while creating space for lightness, flow, and emotional ease. 

Held within a calm, attuned Reflector space, this session weaves together a range of supportive modalities, including intention setting, guided meditation, journaling prompts, affirmations, EFT tapping, chakra movement, and intuitive energetic techniques, all offered with a rhythm that honours sensitivity and comfort. 

As old emotions, patterns, or energetic weight release, your field begins to recalibrate. 

After the clearing, the session focuses on replenishing your system with stabilising, uplifting energy to restore flow, alignment, and a renewed sense of self.
